Blueberry pancakes, Pancake House, P157.
I love Pancake House's light and fluffy pancakes. I always order the blueberry pancakes. I usually eat this as my tawid-gutom. Thank God, I had this before undergoing a masochistic procedure or else I would have fainted at the salon. Oh well, as my friend Joyce exclaimed: "The vain don't complain". But I digress. Eating blueberry pancakes is always a delight. I like the mild sweetness of the blueberry syrup, the blueberry surprise inside the pancakes, powdered sugar, and the lightness of the whipped butter.
