We usually celebrate occasions like graduation, birthdays, anniversaries at Alba, Makati. They serve authentic Spanish food. We love their paella valenciana, callos, gambas, cochinillo- muy sabroso, especially its crispy skin.
For our latest visit, we tried something new - the flatbread, it is like a Spanish version of a pizza. The manchego cheese's was made even more delicious with a tomato-based dip. It was a light meal paired with a good red wine that gave us a good buzz.
